As the year nears its end, IAM Sold Property Auction wishes all its clients a happy Christmas and prosperous New Year as the team review their year of auctions during 2017. The auction team are celebrating an impressive run of 15 successful public auctions across Connacht, Leinster, and Munster. The Connacht Property Auction finished its year of public auctions on a high note with a 100 per cent success rate at last Thursday’s public auction. The auction was held in The Menlo Park Hotel, Galway, on Thursday November 23, and the auction team noted a significant increase in viewings in the lead up and sold an impressive 11 of the 11 properties.

The Connacht Property Auction will hold its fourth public auction of the year this evening (Thursday) in The Menlo Park Hotel, Galway. The auction will offer 25 properties for sale across the province including residential homes, commercial properties, and agricultural holdings.  With the first three auctions averaging 90 per cent sold, another high success rate will be anticipated at today's auction.
